My journey into healing started when I was a little girl in Sweden.

My sister used to tell me how incredibly good I was at giving massages. Looking back, I suspect she was simply very clever at getting free massages. Smart girl! Little did she know, her innocent little trick would help shape my future.

That early spark led me to become a massage therapist and opened the door to a world of healing, wellness, and human connection.

Over the years, my career has taken me around the world, working with royalty and private clients in extraordinary places I once could only dream of. I've been incredibly fortunate, but what has always fascinated me most isn't the luxury or beautiful destinations. It's the incredible depth of the human experience and the many ways we can support healing.

I've always believed there is more to us than what meets the eye.

Early in my career, I discovered the teachings of Alberto Villoldo and Shamanic Energy Medicine. Something about this beautiful meeting of ancient wisdom, science, and a little magic deeply resonated with me.

Years later, when the timing (and my bank account!) finally aligned, I began the training I had dreamed of for so long. And I was completely captivated.

Today, I feel truly honoured to share this work with others. Each session is a unique journey we create together, guided by curiosity, compassion, and the belief that meaningful transformation begins within.

Because sometimes, a little everyday magic is exactly what we need.
