Your session begins with you.
We talk about what brought you here and explore what may be beneath the initial concern. Sometimes what we think is the problem is only one layer of a deeper story.
Before the energy work begins, I do a tarot card reading to bring additional insight and direction to the session.
Each session is unique and intuitively guided. The work always include chakra and energy-field illumination, it may include, soul retrieval, extraction work, visualization, or other shamanic practices that arise during the session.
You simply relax, sit or lie comfortably, and allow yourself to receive.
Sessions can be performed remotely, allowing you to experience the work from the comfort of your own space.
Please allow 1–2 hours for your session so there is plenty of time for the work to unfold naturally.

Your session doesn't end when the energy work is complete.
We take time afterward to reflect on what came through and what you may want to continue working with. You will receive personalized aftercare and guidance to support your integration between sessions.
