Your First Session

Your experience is intuitively guided by your unique energy, intentions, and individual needs. A beautiful Chakra Illumination is always included, alongside other Energy Medicine practices that may arise naturally throughout your session.​

Following your first session, you will receive a beautifully prepared, personalized summary, along with meaningful insights, integration practices, and gentle exercises to support your continued growth.

This time between sessions is an important part of the experience, allowing you to reflect, reconnect, and observe any new awareness or insights that may unfold in your everyday life.

Your Second Session

Your second session is scheduled relatively close to the first, allowing us to reconnect, explore what has surfaced, and build upon the work we have already begun.

Together, we create space to go deeper, explore new layers of awareness, and support your continued journey toward greater balance, inner harmony, and connection with your authentic self.

Session Duration: 1.5–2 hours per session
